While competing nationally, Coach Miller gained education through National Level USA Weightlifting Coach and began leading USA Weightlifting Coaching Certification Courses. 20 years ago, the majority of attendees were Division I or NFL Strength & Conditioning Coaches. Today, more individuals and CrossFit Coaches attend. Being a weightlifter, Coach Miller already experienced the jump in his own 200 M sprint speed from a HS School Track & Field drop-out to Collegiate finalist after practicing and competing in Weightlifting only 3 years! The emphasis on leg and hip training, not to mention the upper body / core stability gained from holding heavy weights overhead is the best method to begin the basis of everyone’s strength training routine.
