I assume that you mean that you are “14 weeks” pregnant?
Sorry to hear about that chronic sinusitis. I am painfully familiar with that chronic, smoldering, indolent sinusitis personally, and I believe that I have finally have it beat using the tactics that I share here on this site. For me, the keys were daily saline nasal rinsing; including Manuka honey in that rinsing; including Xylitol in the rinses also; including a couple drops of baby shampoo when I feel that I am coming down with an acute exacerbation of my sinusitis; daily Probiotic (from Integrative Therapeutics – see boogordoctor’s Amazon Store). That combo has succeeded for me, and I hope it does the job for you, too.
I also recommend that you see an ENT doc at least once per year, perhaps even every 6 months, simply to examine that ear. You should not need to resort to peroxide/alcohol at home. If there is mucus in the ear canal, it suggests that you have a perforation of the ear drum or a chronic process in the ear canal – either way, you need regular examinations by an ENT doc.
Best success! Please keep us updated.
